When it comes to selling your largest asset, you want someone that is on your side. Not just on your side but one that consistently produces numbers that are much better than the “average”. That means more of your equity in your pocket in a shorter time. In 2014, my average sale took 14 days as compared to 76 as the market average. Not only that but I sold at 1.5% higher than the average for list price versus sell price ratio. I was also able to get some of the highest prices per square foot in those subdivisions while keeping days on market low & selling prices high. See the chart below. I repeated similar results in 2015 with average days on market of 18, industry average was 59; and again I sold at 1.5% higher than the average.
